1. Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

To maintain our standards of excellence, every order undergoes a final quality inspection before it leaves our facility.

Dispatch: Orders are curated and quality-checked within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Standard Delivery:
- Metros: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Coverage: We provide secure shipping across India. Currently, we do not offer international transit.

2. Shipping Tiers

Prepaid Orders (Priority): We offer complimentary (FREE) shipping on all prepaid purchases as a thank you for your trust.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For clients preferring COD, a nominal convenience fee will be applied at checkout to cover secure handling.

3. Real-Time Tracking

The moment your luxury item is dispatched, you will receive your Elite Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our integrated courier partner portal.

4. Secure Logistics & Arrival

Tamper-Proof Packaging: Every Lady Millionaire piece is shipped in reinforced, discreet, and tamper-proof packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
The Unboxing Protocol: As a reminder, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to verify the condition of your item upon arrival and to claim any transit-related issues.
Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. To maintain the security of your high-value order, please ensure an authorized person is available to sign for the delivery.
