1. Our Guarantee

Every timepiece and handbag curated by Lady Millionaire is guaranteed authentic. Because we deal in premium goods, our return policy is strictly limited to issues regarding damage, defects, or incorrect shipments.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Requests for a return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All luxury branding, security tags, protective films, and seals must remain intact and untampered.
  • The item must be returned in its original brand box and shipping packaging.

3. The Security Requirement: Mandatory Unboxing Video 🎥

To protect your investment and prevent fraudulent claims, Lady Millionaire requires a clear, unedited unboxing video for every return or exchange request.

  • The Protocol: The video must begin with the unopened, sealed courier package clearly showing the shipping label.
  • The Process: You must film the entire opening process and clearly highlight the defect or the incorrect item in one continuous shot.
  • The Policy: No Video = No Return/Exchange. We make no exceptions to this rule, as it serves as the only verifiable proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.

4. How to Initiate a Claim

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Concierge Team immediately:

  • Portal: Visit ladymillionaire.in and navigate to the “Support” section.
  • Requirements: Please include your Order Number and attach the Unboxing Video (or a link to the video file).

5. Inspection & Resolution

Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a professional inspection to verify the tags and condition.

  • Exchanges: If the item is in stock, a replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of approval.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will reach out to collect secure Bank or UPI details for the transfer.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that “Change of Heart” returns are not accepted. As a provider of authentic luxury, we encourage our clients to choose their pieces with the same care and intention with which they were crafted.
